Adult Bible Study
Join us on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm.
“For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart”
Men’s Wednesday Study
- All men are invited to join us in IMAGINE 2 as we launch the new Men’s Midweek Study for the fall semester. The Men will be studying, “Spiritual Leadership” by J. Oswald Sanders.
- “There is no such thing as a self-made spiritual leader. A true leader influences others spiritually only because the Spirit works in and through him to a greater degree than in those he leads.”
Women’s Wednesday Study
- We will be studying Respectable Sins: Confronting the Sins We Tolerate, by Jerry Bridges. All ladies, college-age and up, are invited to study with us. Wednesdays at 6:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. Beginning August 18.
- What ever happened to sin? Jerry Bridges addresses a dozen clusters of specific “acceptable” sins that we tend to tolerate in ourselves— such as jealousy, anger, judgmentalism, selfishness, and pride. And then he offers a message of hope in the profound mercy of the gospel and the transforming grace of God as the means to overcome our “respectable sins.”
